When charging, the earphones' indicators flash white light; when fully charged, the indicators will be in white light constantly. If the earphones fail to charge in the charging case, please follow the instructions below:

1. Please tear off the insulation films attached to the earphones and keep the earphones dry without stains before first use.

2. Check if the charging case battery has power; if not, please fully charge it first.

3. Check the ear hooks and earphones to make sure they are properly seated in the slots of the charging case.

Note: Please clean the metal contacts of the earphones with a dry cloth or tissue after exercising to avoid corrosion by sweat.
