Return & Refund Policy provides you hassle free online shopping in Pakistan. We offer seven days Return & Refund policy.

To be eligible for the return policy, your product must not be used and must be in the same condition as you received. It also must be in its original packing.

Some products cannot be returned such as Food items, gift cards, Video Games, Movies, software, CDs, & DVDs Products.

There will be no returns or refunds during the period of sale or special promotion.

To complete your process of return, we need a proof or receipt of purchase. Kindly don’t send your product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Once we’ll receive your returned product we’ll notify you via email or message that we have received your product. We’ll also notify you about the approval or rejection of your product. If you are approved then your product will be processed, and a credit will directly be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a 2 - 3 working days.

Sale Products (If Applicable):

Only regular priced products may be returned, unfortunately sale products cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable):

Returning Cost (If Applicable):

You are responsible for paying your own shipping charges for returning your product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you’ll receive a refund the charges for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the location you live, the time may take for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a product more than Rs. 10,000, you should consider the purchasing shipping insurance or a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we’ll receive your returned product.
